Science Premium Subscription

Science Premium is a paid subscription service from Discover Tutoring. It gives access to premium science practice features, including enhanced AI- powered quiz tools and handwritten answer upload where available.

The current price is £7.99 per month. This is a recurring monthly subscription and will continue until cancelled.

Billing and Cancellation

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and/or MemberPress. By subscribing, you agree that the subscription will renew automatically each month unless it is cancelled before the next billing date.

You can cancel your subscription through your account area where available, or by contacting Discover Tutoring for help. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund payments already made.

Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If there has been a billing error or a technical problem that prevents reasonable use of the service, please contact Discover Tutoring so the issue can be reviewed.

Refunds are not guaranteed where the service has already been used or where cancellation was requested after a renewal payment had already been taken.

Accounts and Sharing

Membership accounts are for individual use only. Accounts must not be shared between students, families, classes, or other users without prior permission from Discover Tutoring.

Discover Tutoring may suspend or remove access if an account is shared, misused, or used in a way that interferes with the service.

AI-Generated Content

Science Premium uses AI to generate questions, mark answers, provide feedback, and create follow-up practice activities. AI-generated content can contain mistakes, omissions, or unclear explanations.

Students and parents should treat AI-generated marking and feedback as revision support, not as official exam-board marking or a guaranteed assessment of exam performance.

Educational Outcomes

Discover Tutoring does not guarantee any particular exam result, grade improvement, or academic outcome from using the platform.

The service is intended to support revision and independent practice, but student progress depends on many factors, including effort, prior knowledge, teaching, exam preparation, and individual circumstances.

Availability and Changes

Products and services are offered subject to availability. Discover Tutoring may update, change, pause, or remove features where necessary, including for maintenance, technical issues, cost control, or product improvement.

Access to specific AI tools may vary depending on provider availability, usage limits, technical performance, and platform changes.

Misuse

Users must not misuse the platform, attempt to overload the service, bypass restrictions, share private links or account access, or use the service for anything unlawful or inappropriate.

Discover Tutoring may suspend or remove access where misuse is suspected.
