- Refunds on memberships and/or packages are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of Discover Tutoring.
- Memberships involve recurring payments, clearly stated on signup pages.
- Memberships are not to be shared between individuals without the prior permission of Discover Tutoring. People who share their accounts will lose their access permanently without a refund.
- Products and services are offered subject to availability.
- Future products and services are subject to change.
- Discover Tutoring is not liable for any damages caused by misuse of the platform.
- Discover Tutoring does not offer any guarantees of exam performance.
- Access to the platform may be removed anytime without legal recourse by the consumer.
- If access to the platform is removed due to the inability to provide the products and services offered, any refunds will be subject to the discretion of Discover Tutoring
Tuition Packages only –
- 24 hours notice is required for cancellations to scheduled tuition sessions.
- The packages will be billed weekly and paused during periods of no tuition (e.g. school holidays).
